How to Order

  • Browse our website for our latest products. Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.
  • Put your favorite products in the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
  • Go to the shopping cart and verify correctness of your cart contents.
  • Click on ‘Order Now’ to check out. You will be taken to the Kipling Official WhatsApp business account* to complete your order.
  • Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation notification via our Kipling Official WhatsApp business account. We will notify you via the same WhatsApp account once product has been dispatched and supply you with the logistics partner SF Express’ tracking number.
  • If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will contact you via the Kipling Official WhatsApp business account as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 30 days from the date of your order. If we cannot accept your order because the products are no longer available, or because of an error in the price and/or other information on our website, we will refund you any money you may have already been charged for such products via the HSBC PayMe method.
* WhatsApp Shopping service is applicable during Hong Kong stores’ business hours only.

Payment Methods

  • We only accept HSBC PayMe account to settle payment for purchases made on our site.
  • When you pay by HSBC PayMe, you will receive a PayCode with your purchase amount from the Kipling Official PayMe for Business account.
  • Payment will be settled after scanning the PayCode. Please capture the screen of your device once you receive the PayMe confirmation of transaction complete and provide us the screen capture along with your payment account name, so we can verify the payment advice and amount.

Delivery

  • In-store pickup or local delivery within Hong Kong only are accepted.
  • Customers who choose in-store pickup, please inform our shop staff via our Kipling Official WhatsApp business account of your personal contact information and which store in Hong Kong you would like to go for pickup after payment is settled.
  • Delivery is free via SF Express upon minimum purchase order of HK$800 (Outlying Islands are excluded). If purchase order is less than HK$800, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the weight of products or the delivery address (subject to SF express rate card).
  • Cash on delivery.
  • Delivery is limited to Hong Kong only. Please inform our staff via our Kipling Official WhatsApp business account regarding your personal contact information and delivery address details.
  • Delivery will be within 3– 5 working days*.
  • Delivery tracking: customer will receive a tracking number after payment settlement, please refer to this site for order tracking.
* It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are subject to the delivery schedules of the third party logistic provider (SF Express), weather conditions and force majeure.
* We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after payment has been completed.
* If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, please contact SF Express separately.
* Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All goods sold are non-refundable.
  • You may opt to exchange your product within 7 days of receipt, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or used. The exchange product must be of the same or higher purchase price as the product you ordered. If the price of your ordered product is lower than the exchange product, we may ask you to pay the difference.
  • We will exchange the product once for you.
  • Products for exchange should be returned to Kipling official stores with the original sales receipt and product hangtag.
  • Discounted products are not allowed for exchange.

Warranty

  • Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on regular priced items for 6 months from date of purchase. It does not cover damages that result from accident or misuse.
  • We never cover damage caused by third parties during transportation (such as airline travel or other carriers).
  • Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.
  • The original order receipt is required for any warranty service.
  • You may claim warranty at one of our Kipling official stores in Hong Kong. The warranty claim covers only products purchased in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
  • We reserve the right to grant warranty claims upon our sole discretion.

  • Kipling.Me membership and privileges are not transferable or assignable and is for member’s personal use and benefit only.
  • Kipling.Me membership programme privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts and cash vouchers.
  • To enjoy the Kipling.Me membership programme privileges, members need to provide valid information for verification before order confirmation. In no event will or can points be earned or used for that transaction if customer fails to provide the valid information.

Liability

  • Our liability for damages caused by slight negligence shall, irrespective of its legal ground, be limited as follows: (i) we shall be liable up to the amount of the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract due to a breach of material contractual obligations; (ii) we shall not be liable due to the slightly negligent breach of any other duty of care applicable.
  • The above limitations of liability shall not apply to any mandatory statutory liability and liability for culpably caused personal injuries. In addition, such limitations of liability shall not apply if and to the extent VF has assumed a specific guarantee. The above provisions shall apply accordingly to our liability for future expenses.
  • In any event, you shall take adequate measures to avert and reduce damages.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, for example, natural disasters, war or civil disturbances, strikes, government intervention, failures of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct information or to effect due payments. We will inform you of any such unforeseen events as soon as possible after they occur and we will do our best to reduce their impact on our performance as reasonably possible. Should this interruption continue beyond a period of 2 weeks, you will be entitled to cancel the order and get a refund.

Governing Law

  • In case of disputes, the decision of VF Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
  • The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China apply. The competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes arising out of a purchase made on this website or any product.
*In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
